I got a hoagie today on my way to work. Ham and Swiss on seeded roll with lettuce, salt and pepper, dry. What I got was ham, American cheese on a non seeded roll with tomato, onions & soaked in oil. The other time the ingredients in the sandwich were correct but the roll was burned and hard. Never again! This Primo location sucks! Wish I could give it negative stars.

They also didn’t add what toppings I ordered, they only put one of them instead of the two. Go to the Mount laurel location instead!!! They actually cook your food and mix the cheese with the chicken so that you get an actual good chicken cheesesteak. And they also get your order right.

However, my last two visits were really disappointing. The amount of meat in my sandwich was significantly less than what I normally receive — I even have photo evidence from past and recent orders to prove it. When I called the store to give them a chance to address the issue, the manager insisted nothing was wrong. It’s frustrating when loyal customers are dismissed instead of being heard. If you’re thinking about trying this place, just be aware that quality and portion sizes here can be inconsistent. Sadly, I won’t be returning after this experience.
