  I enjoy eating at chipotle… just not this one. It’s messy, low portion sizes and very unclean. When my husband and I went in there was about 2 people in there so not crowded at all so it was weird seeing everything dirty, tables full of crumbs, floor with food straw wrappers and crumbs bathroom with toilet papers on the floor and even the serving station was messy. Food dripping through the sides and I managed to catch a photo of “after they cleaned it”.

  I have been eating at the Cinnaminson Chipotle for about 2 years now and I've really never had a problem. Joanny Alvarez. Certified Training Manager noticed that one of the workers was having trouble putting the lid on my chicken bowl. She then says to me if I order this much next time she sees me she's going to charge me twice. I just felt so humiliated and embarrassed in front of a line of customers and the crew there and this prompted me to call corporate and report her. Supposedly they're doing an investigation into her actions and I really hope she gets fired because she has no place in customer service. Corporate did add enough points in my Chipotle app to get a free chicken bowl but this does not at all make up for the way I was treated. If anyone gets treated poorly by a Chipotle worker I advised that you call customer service and tell them and make sure you request a free item like a chicken bowl first they had the audacity to offer me a free soda. Can you believe that?

  This chipotle is consistently inconsistent. Never order here via the mobile app they will always forget something and the portion sizes are so bad especially if it’s a bowl. Honestly it feels as if they do it on purpose. My most recent order was missing both guac on both entrees and salad dressing. $6 gone down the drain. What’s the point of driving 15 minutes back in 2 degree snowy weather. If you choose to go here if at all at least go in person but either way I do not recommend.

  Staff is rude! The one girl always has an attitude. Every time I’ve come into this location and she’s been working she’s complaining about something. She comes off aggressive immediately when she’s taking your order and then throws the food onto the burrito making it a mess. She doesn’t give full portions of anything and then when she’s asked to add more she charges you for it. Her attitude was so bad that one of the other employees apologized for it! When we tried to ask for the employees name the manager refused and gave attitude as well. Manger’s name is Johnny. The customer service in the place is insane and makes me not want to come to this location. ALSO please let’s not assume that because two “white” people are ordering that we don’t understand when the employees are talking about you in Spanish. Management is rude and doesn’t take any accountability for their employees.
