- LMLeisel MassonMar 29, 20265.0My first visit to 5 Guys! The burger was amazing; perfectly cooked and just the right amount of toppings. And of course - the fries! I had been 'warned' about how addictive they were. And people weren't lying! Perfectly cooked, skin-on, crisp outside, tender inside. And literally 1/2 a large bag of them. The two of us couldn't finish them all. It is a little pricy for burgers 🍔 - close to $40 for 2 people. Note: don't sit near the door - everytime it opens there is a blast of cold air!

THEY SHOULD pride THEMSELVES on THE WAY THEY BEHAVE and should have custmer service excellence.. if a customer or a vendor or a driver walks into that location I never have seen them talk to anybody appropriately almost as if they're judging people and they're better than them when really they're paying their bills don't forget no matter how much the customer annoys you it's still your responsibility to be kind to them as a manager and then that trickles down to your employees .. I personally have witnessed it first hand. Every person deserves to be treated with kindness .. that is basic basic knowledge... First thingyou should be good with is people and I must they are far from it . my daughter and I used to go to Five Guys constantly because we're close to the restaurant and we will literally never go back again after witnessing a couple things. I don't know who decided who should take over this location the management was much better before and these two should go back to school to treat people better.. again very basic stuff go back to the basics and try to take a class on how to behave as a manager. Unprofessional rude and nasty I don't suggest you visit this location I know I never will again
