Little young girl kept wiping her hands on her shirt. They forgot part of our order, bagel and cream cheese. My wife went up and asked the young people about the missing bagel & cream cheese. She went back up to the register to ask the woman who took our order but she was no where to be found. My wife went back to pickup counter but got no help. While she went back up again to register to find the woman who took our order. I then went up to pickup counter and looked in. I found the woman who took our order. She had her cellphone out showing something to 3 of the young. They were are just standing laughing. I hollered at them for our bagel & cream cheese. Young people went back to work and woman and got our bagel and cream cheese.

Another time orderd coffee with cream and the temperature of the hot coffee was cold...even the cup was cold to the touch! Had to go back in to get another hot cup and the attitude was awful.
