The process and ingredients and price make it a preferred take out destination when I’m not able to cook or want to get something nice for my family. Tonight, and the last few trips, have been disappointing. The fries have been extremely bitter. Either the oil needs to be changed more regularly, they are being cooked too long, sitting out too long, or improperly seasoned. It could even be a possibility of a combination of the issues listed above. I want bring this to the attention of the owner. If we keep getting bad fries that I feel like I need to drench in ketchup to eat, I might have to find another burger joint to make my regular stop. Thanks, Sean
