THEY SHOULD pride THEMSELVES on THE WAY THEY BEHAVE and should have custmer service excellence.. if a customer or a vendor or a driver walks into that location I never have seen them talk to anybody appropriately almost as if they're judging people and they're better than them when really they're paying their bills don't forget no matter how much the customer annoys you it's still your responsibility to be kind to them as a manager and then that trickles down to your employees .. I personally have witnessed it first hand. Every person deserves to be treated with kindness .. that is basic basic knowledge... First thingyou should be good with is people and I must they are far from it . my daughter and I used to go to Five Guys constantly because we're close to the restaurant and we will literally never go back again after witnessing a couple things. I don't know who decided who should take over this location the management was much better before and these two should go back to school to treat people better.. again very basic stuff go back to the basics and try to take a class on how to behave as a manager. Unprofessional rude and nasty I don't suggest you visit this location I know I never will again

He came to me with all his anger and yelled at me for using the restroom and almost attack me physically.When I ask the matter ,even though I left the restroom clean as I found it. He doesn’t want anyone use the restroom after 7pm he thinks it’s extra job for them , which is they close at 10pm , so I took my order and left till than he was still angry to see new customer and me. For this insulting I could call the police and go after which there is camera everywhere . But I want to give you one more chance. Let see
