He was impolite, spoke harshly, and greeted customers with a complete lack of courtesy. This kind of behavior really takes away from the overall experience.

I believe his name is Thomas but I kept calling him Charles for some reason.🫢 With that said, Thomas and his boss were incredibly helpful, kind and prompt with my order. Will definitely be back.

They keyboard of the computers they touch was layered with grime, and they touch it & go make food. It was disgusting I love Pizza Hut but I’m never returning to this location.
