    I usually only stop at this location when I’ve forgotten to go elsewhere, but I feel the need to finally speak up. I’m diabetic, which is important because my orders need to be prepared correctly for my health and safety. Despite being very clear that I cannot have cream or regular sugar, this Dunkin’ has repeatedly ignored my requests. On several occasions, they’ve added regular vanilla syrup even though I specifically ask for the zero-sugar vanilla shot, and I always ask for clarification to make sure they understand. Other times—like today—they didn’t add anything I ordered and just gave me a plain black coffee. It already takes a lot for me to order food or drinks since my diagnosis because I never want to feel like a bother. But my order was simple: hot coffee, no cream, 6 Splenda, and one pump of a vanilla shot. That shouldn’t be difficult, and yet the mistakes happen every single visit. At this point, it doesn’t feel like an accident. Maybe it doesn’t seem serious to others, but for someone like me, this is genuinely dangerous. There have been multiple times where I’ve taken a sip and immediately realized it tasted like straight sugar—only to be told that’s “what I asked for,” even when the printed receipt showed otherwise. I never leave reviews, but after the pattern I’ve experienced here, I feel it’s necessary.

    Service was horrible! After I ordered on app and it was sent to 2441 NJ route 38 and I came to the right place. They told me I came to wrong place which I disagreed because I followed Google map direction that reached to right place. They still argued with me and told me to go other DD by route 38. So I went and they laughed at me because it was not right place. So I called for refund and said they received order and ready. Really? I can't come back because I have to work. They do not have manager available and refuse refund that they FAILED to provide the order I made order at 6 23 AM. I regret to order it over there and will not recommend anyone there. I felt oppressed when I was right. Well customers are always right and should treat them well no matter how hard it is. I am not satisfied with their customer service today unfortunately....

    Am a big DD fan I love their coffee today me and the family visit this one and OMG I never feel so disappointed with their service the 2 lady's the are here saw us took their sweet as time to take our order and and my wife as a simple question about a doughnut she looks so annoyed... like she don't want be there.... sooo I am so disappointed

    All the way around this location is becoming terrible every time I go they can never give me my order correctly and don’t like to give me my stuff I paid for and they are really rude here me and my mom went today and my drink was on the darker side like if they barely put the milk so we Ask like hey I paid for that what happen and the response is do it your self like huh last I check you don’t say that in customer service but ok and on top of it the dink taste like regular milk and I paid for cereal milk flavored milk and on a regular they never want to give me cold foam last time I was there I had to ask for them to put it on but I paid for it I heard one employee say to another employee say oh look next time don’t give them the code foam. I only give it to them when they ask for it although I paid for it and it said cold foam on my receipt. Then on top of that employees can’t even get your name correctly you tell them the name and they have the audacity to tell you oh it actually is this and sounds like this I think that’s highly unprofessional and once again rude The employees also unfortunately reeked of alcohol and looked as though they were under some type of influence

    I was so happy to pull up and find that no one was inside. I ordered two egg and cheese croissants and 2 orange juices. The croissants had bacon on them and I don’t eat pork. Really disappointed
