- IHIsaiah HarperDec 5, 20251.0Ordered 2 hot lattes, and they both came with an inch and a half of room left in the cup. It'd be understandable if this room was left for whipped cream, but there was none. Just a medium drink in a more expensive large cup. The same orser also had an iced drink that came with no straw, and no receipt. This happened before and I assumed it was a small mistake, but the fact that it happened twice shows it's either intentional or incompetence.
