- EEellyOct 3, 20251.0wow. just wow. i arrived at this dunkin location at 6:45am and didn’t leave until 7:25am, and i was the only person there. in the drive thru, i was waiting for someone to take my order for about 15 minutes. when my order was finally taken and i pulled up to the window, they had made 2 out of 2 of my drinks wrong and forgot my donut, egg bites, and hashbrowns. the POS machine was not working and took about 10 minutes to fix. while waiting at the window, i saw no staff working on my order, but i did see a staff member FEELING UP another’s butt. in front of customers and all the while not doing their job. this location is very convenient for me since it’s right before 295 north, but unfortunately i can’t go there anymore. sad.

We are waiting for 30 minutes on the line, only two other customers front of us and then wait for another 20 minutes to get the food. It’s really bad management and runs on Dunkin’ business. They don’t know what do. It’s a terrible business service. Probably nobody check on reviews. Because I just saw other reviews their reviews were bad, also! That means they are bad business and services!
