They didn’t send the sauce I called and spoken to the manager Brianna she said that she would send the sauce within 20 minutes….. I was upset because by the time that the driver delivers the sauce my cheesy bread will be cold…. Brianna states she is sorry, but that’s how the store owner wants her to conduct business and she moved forward with hanging the phone up in my ear…. Rude, unprofessional and she doesn’t know how to deal with a diverse group of people. She needs to be trained good customer service.

After all that time, I was told, “If you want, I can cancel it—we haven’t started yet!” Seriously? After one full hour? That’s not how I—or any customer—expects to be treated. This isn’t a free service; we’re paying and deserve basic respect and accountability. A business like this should have someone who knows how to handle delays and communicate properly. If there’s an issue, just take responsibility and apologize for wasting the customer’s time. Don’t act like you’re doing us a favor or blame us for choosing your service. In short: very poor customer service. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from this store again.
