  This location is inconsistent on order quality and taste. I recently ordered bacon-topped avocado toast, and was provided one without bacon. I tried to reach out via the form on the website (Case# CCC8427515 - Brand: Dunkin'), but after I responded last week (2/27/26), I haven't received a reply as of today (3/6/26). I also ordered Munchkins, but was given two large donuts because they were out. Overall, by not delivering what was promised, this restaurant saved itself over $2.50, and took that amount without delivering what was ordered. Sometimes the coffee tastes burned here, but it doesn't at the one right around the corner on route 70.

  I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts recently and had a really solid experience that made my morning a lot better. The store was clean, bright, and smelled like fresh coffee as soon as I walked in. Even though there was a short line, it moved quickly because the staff worked efficiently and stayed friendly with every customer. That kind of energy makes a big difference when you’re trying to grab breakfast in a rush. I ordered a hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both came out exactly how I wanted. The coffee tasted fresh and strong without being bitter, and the sandwich was warm and filling. You can tell they keep things consistent, which is important for a place people rely on every day. The donuts looked fresh and neatly displayed, and it was honestly hard to pick just one. What stood out most was the customer service. The employees were polite, patient, and didn’t make anyone feel rushed, even during a busy time. It felt welcoming instead of chaotic. Overall, this location delivered quick service, good food, and a positive atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you can count on when you need a dependable start to your day, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

  I ordered three sandwiches and two were incorrect. The number doesn’t work though so can’t call to complain. Guess I’m sol.
