I enjoyed the manicotti the 1st time I went to Brio with a friend. I went back again with other friends and we all enjoyed the lobster bisque soup. The chicken fettuccine wasn't as good as I hoped it to be. The service was good.

Im not sure if management has changed but the food definitely changed. The quality is not there and it used to be fresh and always delicious and the quality was exceptional. Now the mash potatoes taste boxed, the bread taste stale, the decor on the tables is different. Its sad and disappointing, the quality is not the same and the food is not like it used to be.

I came here this last weekend with my family and they were so accommodating of my children who were a little fussy but our server put the kids food in right away which was a huge help. The service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

So, I rideshare on the side and picked up a very nice young lady, Grace and dropped her off here. (She's one of the managers) and decided to bring my lady out to dinner, we weren't disappointed at all, the food was primo!.the service was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back again! The menu has everything necessary for an Italian restaurant..So mangia mangia!

I come to Brio once a month after I get my haircut; I live in PA where we no longer have any Brio or Bravo restaurants, they’ve all closed….I wonder why?? So I take advantage to enjoy a nice lunch after my haircut each month in NJ. I always sit at the bar, USUALLY bar service is better & quicker service, sometimes my daughter meets me, sometimes not. Having worked in the industry, we both get very anxious when we can’t find our bar server for the check at the end of our meal…EVERYTIME! We ALWAYS wait several minutes then have to ask for our check! Each time same server!!!!! The only time this server gives us attention is when my daughter speaks to her in Spanish. Today I was alone, I had to wait several minutes for her to even show up at the bar only to hand me a menu and walk away, she didn’t ask me if I would like a drink or water while I looked over the menu she laid the menu down & walked away! Several minutes later she finally showed up to ask if I wanted something to drink, I told her yes & I’m ready to order. I was ready to walk out but I was hungry and didn’t want to figure out next steps at this point. A gentlemen who walked in after me, served after I was received his check before I did. She proceeded to walk to the hostess to chat all while I made eye contact with her. My leftovers were packed, my wine was finished, what more of a sign do you need as a server to drop the check? I calculated my bill and left the cash on the bar and walked out telling the hostess “tell your mgr you all just lost another customer!” She said ok, have a good day, like she could have cared less! Does she not realize: no customers, no job? On top of all this it seems they have changed who/where they obtain their used to be delicious bread, the bread they serve now always tastes stale. It is no longer the light, yummy sourdough bread we’ve come to enjoy over the years! I WON’T RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I will give the Marlton location one chance if they have gotten to be as bad as Cherry Hill, I’m done with all of them….one bright note: Kam the weekend bartender is a delight!
