I ordered a Black Cold Brew with no milk and no ice, and the cashier was rude, repeatedly asking me the same question and then telling me there would be an extra $0.50 charge for no ice — something I’ve never been charged for at any other location and that is not listed anywhere on the menu. To make it worse, she entered the extra charge as if I had purchased a “munchkin,” which I never received. This alone makes no sense — why would I be charged $0.50 for not adding ice, and have it rung up as a completely different item? I’ve also heard from others that the staff here can be rude, and unfortunately I experienced it myself today. For example, a friend once asked for a tap water and was charged $1, even though it’s supposed to be free by law, and the cashier refused to give it to her. Sadly, today confirmed that the service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.
