  I ordered loaded hash browns and a coffee. My coffee was wrong and all of the hash browns were hard and burnt, completely not edible. This is not the first time I was served what something I have not ordered. I don’t write reviews but something’s got to give.

  Service absolutely poor. Came through the drive thru asked if there were any munchkins left (no) asked if there were any donuts left (yea double chocolate) asked if that was the only donuts left (yea that’s it) I said never mind for the donuts and before I was able to proceed with my order I was cut off “have a goodnight” damn can I finish my order Jada’s response “you don’t have to get an attitude “ I proceeded to go inside and to my surprise not only is Jada sarcastic but she’s a liar bc in front of me sat a variety of donuts. I get it give kids an opportunity but when it becomes a problem for business maybe older or more sophisticated employees will do better

  I’m not sure who’s running this business but thy need to fire these kids and get adults that knows how to run a business lived in carteret for over 15 years never had a issues going in and out for my stuff first time In years I have to sit and wait 25 mins for just a coffee ridiculous
