We waited half an hour in the parking lot, waiting for our order to be brought out. We went inside and the order was just sitting there, including my drink that was made an hour ago, forgotten about. They offered to redo everything but the worker still wasted our time.

They somehow manage to forget items EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered thru door dash. It’s not a door dash issue it’s Dunkin. I even emailed corporate one time over this issue making my point clear this isn’t an issue with door dash it’s an issue with DUNKIN and they emailed me back with the phone number and email for Door dash. Literally a joke. Don’t waste ur time here they literally will mess up your order somehow
