  We came thru the drive thru just now and when the woman taking our order was rudely going to fast my bf asked her to please slow down she was going too fast for him she replied “ I don’t have to slow down “ and dropped our order. Whe the manager came on the speaker we could hear her say in the background “YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TAKEN THAT ORDER!” then we heard “well I got something for him” and laughed.. so we drove around to the window couldn’t feel more uncomfortable and just left. This is so rude and unprofessional.. especially because the manager was the one taking our order so that means she heard exactly what we heard the fact that the manager didn’t stop and tell her to step off the floor or would you just take her headset off or just anything shows what kind of store This is and how it’s being ran is just sad. I understand team members aren’t gonna always be professional but the MANAGER is supposed to be the one to correct and lead by example. I’ve heard about how rude to is location is but now I’ve seen it first hand .

  Bruh, the cheese burger is so salty and it look like they burned the meat and it tastes like that too. I asked something to a woman that worked there and she responded in a rude way. like girll that's what you're getting paid for, to server customers.

  My God, they have to change the staff of this place, they don’t treat people well, much less the delivery people, please someone has to do something

  Management needs to address staff behavior immediately. Completely unacceptable experience. I placed a very simple order, yet the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. I was handed three ice creams with no safe way to transport them while driving and was expected to drive off holding them. Even after offering to pay for cups, I was denied. My order was still handled incorrectly, communication was poor, and basic customer safety was clearly not a priority. Customers do not deserve this level of treatment. I will not be returning. 1/17 @ 10:07pm
