Today they had a free donut give away if you order a drink , so I ordered the the DD app and because I didn't " order a donut through the app " I didn't get the free donut . I know someone who walked in and ordered a hot coffee and didn't order a donut BUT a donut was offered to him for free ! And what gets me is the owner/manager knows me cause im always in there every morning! And both the woman and male employees or managers gave me an attitude! What kind of customer service is this ?????
