- DGDaniel GomezNov 16, 20255.0If you’re bored of all the local pizza, hot chicken and ramen options, don’t sleep on Benji’s for solid Mexican. I want to give them a 4.5 but I know they want 5 stars so let’s round up to the nearest penny. We are boring customers; we get our usuals bc they nail it: chicken quesadilla, enchiladas verde (chorizo) and the absolute must churros with the chocolate dipping sauce. Also they give you red and green fresh picanté sauces for your entrees which is a bonus. Food is great. My only ding is that I would have liked a little more rice than what they gave me, but the fresh flavor of the beans along with them just about wiped that concern away. The prices are decent, service is friendly hustling kids and they have occasional discounts and a loyalty/points program, so they know how to operate a business and seem to be doing well. I like all of that in a friendly Mom and Pop place that can give Chipotlé a run for its money. Saludos Senior Benji, keep it up.

So grossed out. I called the restaurant they didn’t take no accountable whatsoever not even a simple apology. I told The owner I would write a review and she encouraged me; that’s how you guys treat your loyal customers !? I’m 3 months pregnant so you know how annoyed and grossed out I am. Do better! Never again. Disgusting place and attitude. I read another review on here that their food had bugs in it. If you care about your health eat somewhere else!
