  Drive-thru is very very slow. And then most of the time some item is not available in the sandwich.

  I went to the drive thru of this location on a Thursday night (4/16/26) at exactly 8:20pm. I was told I could not place an order and the drive thru was only for pick up because they were closing soon. They were not closing for another 40 minutes. I said, can I place an order online and pick it up? The girl said "if it let's you". I said you dont close for 40 minutes thats not exactly soon and she said you cant order here. I said can I come in and order? She said yeah. So I got my sick 5 year old (just left urgent care which is why I was stopping so late to feed a sick kid who hadn't eaten but was finally hungry and wanted mac n cheese) out of the car and walked inside to order the same food I would have ordered at the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. The girl was rude at the drive thru, probably just a kid being advised on what to do and not knowing how to handle it, but how Absolutely ridiculous the entire thing was. Then, I got an apple for my kids side and the apple was so tiny, fit in the palm of her little hand. Laughable. For the price of panera these days, they need to do way better.

  They throw coffee 30 mins prior to closing (This is pretty much standard for all Paneras) But I dont understand why? Throwing coffee and washing the can literally takes 90 seconds Well, why not at least keep 1 can (could be light roasted, since it could compliment to all dark roasted & hazelnut, not exact but close taste enough) Then I asked them for a complimentary espresso or latte She was like “no unfortunately you would need to pay extra for that” ?? Doesn’t make sense, then keep the coffee bar active and yes till closing you stay after closing to continue on cleaning for another half an hour to one hour so the coffee bar should be the last thing you should get worried about Thanks

  Panera Bread is a cozy, relaxing restaurant with delicious comfort food. The food is a little pricey but it's worth it. The best place to dine in is by the fireplace. The sourdough at this location is exceptional, featuring a perfectly crackled, caramelized crust and a tender, tangy interior. While another fave of mine is the Mac and cheese that has that gourmet roux and the blend of creamy cheeses is the way to go.
