They serve cold/ loop warm food. I just got breakfast and when I have gone to other Wendy's the fries were too hot to eat...well this time they were cold and I needed a microwave. STOP serving cool food

So the time posted on the door for dine in at 7:00a.m. To 10:00p.m.
I dropped my car off and decided to walk to Wendy's.
But all the doors are locked. There's no dining option during the dining times. It's just drive-thru. If they had a sign post saying "NO DINE IN DRIVE-THRU ONLY " for breakfast that'll be fine but they don't. I walked around the whole building and checked.

Just came from the drive thru at 9:23 the Hispanic girl in the drive thru physically was on her phone in my face laughing with another coworker with her phone in her hand playing music while handing me my food in the bag I don’t know if they are playing in there not washing they hands or taking food service serious ! But I am not happy and our drinks were not filled up all the way either . Just seems like they were trying to play over my food I’m not happy and am

Went at 11pm and asked if the fries were fresh. The worker actually said No and when it's late they can't be expected to have the items be fresh. I asked his name and left it alone to avoid my food being spat in. I went to the other Wendy's just as late in buington across from Walmart and asked the same question. The man there was pleasant and said he'd make sure it was fresh. Its a little out my way, but next time I'll go there instead of Edgewater.
