After waiting another 10 minutes my order was handed to me. I immediately checked the bag and should've voiced my concerns about the runny potato soup burned sandwiches abd the super small portions. I didn't, we drove home, upon getting out of the car the watery soup leaked thru the bag and caused the whole bag to rip open and as everything hit the ground I Screamed, we should've never went to Panera bread!!!! I found the number to call and complain Andreas transferred to a manager named Pahola, she was empathetic and apologized and informed me if I wanted to drive back up she would promptly process a full refund. I went, she processed the refund and apologized again and offer me any baked good at no charge for my trouble! What a way to turn a 1 star visit into a 5 star experience ✨️! Thank you Pahola for making this horrible visit and awesome one!

The young lady who took my order mentioned it would be ready between 6:15pm and 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:45pm and my order was not ready! I was told “they’re working on it and it should be right out. Mind you I called tried calling them earlier to tell them I would be late. No one answered the phone. I waited an extra 10 minutes before getting my order. Staff are polite but they need to work on being prompt.
