- LLLiamDec 12, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s located at 615 York St, Burlington, NJ 08016. The service was extremely poor, and the environment felt unsafe and unsettling. There were drug deals taking place both inside and outside the establishment, along with shady individuals loitering around the property. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained, showing a complete lack of management and accountability. There should also be increased police presence in and around this location due to the ongoing safety concerns. This place should either fire the entire crew and hire an entirely new staff or shut down completely. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. Very disappointing.
