- EHErica HogueFeb 2, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The employee who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional and was on her phone during my order. There was no greeting, her tone was dismissive, and it felt like I was an inconvenience just for placing an order. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic customer service and respect should still be expected. This experience definitely made me think twice about returning.
- EFErvin St FleurDec 27, 20251.0So I was waiting for this location to open their doors so I can make a purchase after I just did a ten hour shift refuse to open door then the manager looks at me as if I did something wrong more people show up still haven't open the door to the public I believe some stores open lobby at 6 don't know what made this day different all I wanted to do was make a purchase now I am back at my job knowing then when I work away they will open them at 7:30

Will no longer be giving them my money. Asked her to remake my coffee due to it being too sweet and she blamed me because I put too pumps of sugar. I’ve been supporting this business since they’ve opened in this location, will no longer be doing so based off my interaction with just her today!!!!
