- JSJulyonna SmithSep 20, 20251.0I went to this location on September 20th at 11 50 am I ordered a large iced latte with 2 pumps of vanilla, hazelnut, and butter pecan made with oatmilk. When they read me back the order the forgot the butter pecan. I asked them nicely too add the butter pecan and was rung up for another drink. I told cashier multiple times I only wanted one drink and repeated the order at least 5 times trying to stay patientand polite. The man that took my order even tried to make the latte hot. When I got to the front the cashier still had me in for 2 lattes and again I said I only wanted one. Both the cashier and the Barrista were trying to argue with me. They finally fixed the order and I left. I went to take a sip of my drink and their was loogie in the drink.
