  They do not do well with the food but also I have been coming here over two years and today my coupon had expired by ONE DAY....the only coupon I ever tried to use. I did not have money for medium coffee with me and they would not let me have it even though they already made it. Wish said this the younger guy. I asked to speak to the manager who is normally there and he said he was not there. They just wasted the coffee instead of giving it to me, a loyal customer. Rude people! I buy a food item and a drink almost every day of the week. This also is not meant to be racist the current workers cannot speak or understand English well, you have to tell them same order 4 or 5 times.

  I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and they gave me an ice latte which I did not order. The lady told me “yes I checked and that is yours” never coming back to a Burlington dunkin when the workers can’t give a simple order right. Rip me off 5 bucks for that.

  Stop going here they are feeding you trashy day old food. Its not fresh! This place needs a visit from the health department. I immediately threw up after eating here and I dont have a weak stomach..THEY are not nice either.. they are spiteful people in there. Reusing food is a NO NO!!! PENNY PINCHERS.. I cannot believe they gave me old food...

  I haven't been to such a dirty, awful place like this Dunkin' Donuts in a long time. They have two restrooms, one for women and one for men. I wanted to go into the women's restroom, but an employee told me it was only for staff, even though there was no sign indicating that. They gave me the keys to the men's restroom. Okay, I went in, and there was such a terrible smell, everything was very dirty. You know what? I changed my mind about using it. All the chairs were sticky and dirty. I ordered a large cold cappuccino, and the employee overfilled it, and the foam spilled out of the lid. The lid of my cup was dirty because of the foam. He just wanted to give me that cup without even changing or cleaning it. I had to force him to change the lid of that damn cup. I was outraged by the employee's expression, who didn't understand what the problem was? Like, I should just take the dirty cup and go, what's the big deal, just some foam spilled out of the hole.

  Workers get mad when they mess up your order and try to charge extra for whip cream when on the computer when your order there’s no option if you don’t like your job don’t work here and they purposely made everyone’s drinks wrong
