I wanted to go into the women's restroom, but an employee told me it was only for staff, even though there was no sign indicating that. They gave me the keys to the men's restroom. Okay, I went in, and there was such a terrible smell, everything was very dirty. You know what? I changed my mind about using it. All the chairs were sticky and dirty. I ordered a large cold cappuccino, and the employee overfilled it, and the foam spilled out of the lid. The lid of my cup was dirty because of the foam. He just wanted to give me that cup without even changing or cleaning it. I had to force him to change the lid of that damn cup. I was outraged by the employee's expression, who didn't understand what the problem was? Like, I should just take the dirty cup and go, what's the big deal, just some foam spilled out of the hole.
