Half the food didn’t even make it into the burrito. The burrito itself wasn’t terrible, but the service made it clear no one cared about my order. This was enough to make it my last visit to this location. BT seriously needs a better Mexican food option, because overpriced, watered-down Mexican food paired with miserable service isn’t it.

Some orders are fine, other times it's like you only ordered a half a portion. Today I went in to place my order and I was told there were no black beans. I asked how long it would be until there would be some, nobody knew? They just stared and heavy sighed at me. I didn't know what else to do or ask so I walked out in the middle of my order. I love Chipotle wish someone would fix this location!
