  Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location (1107 Sunset Rd, Burlington, NJ). I went around 5 AM and ordered a frozen caramel coffee, an energy drink (no ice), a ham & Swiss, and an avocado toast. I was given the wrong drink, and when I politely pointed it out, the employee became argumentative and told me to leave if I didn’t want it because he had other customers. I still ended up paying $24.40, and my frozen drink was made incorrectly (no caramel added). The entire interaction was rude, unprofessional, and stressful, especially that early in the morning. It also caused me to be late for work. This location seriously needs proper customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect, not rushed or spoken to aggressively.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone to this Dunkin many many times hoping the service is better but it’s always bad to the point I need to leave a review. They have yelled at me when I ordered a hot cloud latte and handed me a cold one. Rather than tell me during the ordering process that they can’t make it in hot so I could order something else, they made it in cold and yelled at me while giving it to me that this drink doesn’t come in hot and I can’t order anything else. They do this with many drinks. Today I was in the drive thru and was in the process of ordering the banana pudding latte then changed it to a dunkalatte with banana flavor. They told me I couldn’t change it because they had already made the banana cloud latte, mind you I hadn’t even submitted my order and was still ordering for multiple people in the car. I asked if I could still change it because I didn’t want the cloud latte and wanted the Dunkalatte with the coffee milk and they said okay. When I pulled up to pick up my order they were all bad mouthing me in Hindi not thinking I could understand them and said that since we didn’t order our drinks correctly they won’t make them correctly. They handed me the banana pudding cloud latte (that I already said I didn’t want) with both the cloud latte sticker and dunkalatte sticker on it and sent me on my way. I will not be returning to this poorly run Dunkin.

  Horrible. Pair $9.04 for refreshers. Went back and the Indian store manager was rude and never offer to re-make the refreshers instead he said I will give you your money back. I told him no problem and asked for a receipt. He handed me the receipt and requested to not come back. No wonder they have 3.3 stars and I will be contacting Dunkin corporation because a franchise like this should not be representing a chain like this. The windows have wood up…run down, horrible customer service, horrible quality of drinks. But the fact that a manager could treat any customer like this is unexpected and they need to close down. DO NOT Support.

  I got large iced mocha coffee with cream and sugar and they make it perfect every single time...I also got breakfast bagles for my husband and myself. Delicious. The woman that waited on me was very kind! Thank you

  It's a good store, but they don't have one main drink that I love with my food, chocolate milk, I love chocolate milk.
