  I ordered a Chicken Al Pastor bowl through the app for pickup (Order #8VG-NA4), and I’m pretty frustrated with the portioning. I specifically paid a premium for extra protein and requested extra rice, but the bowl arrived with a literal empty patch on one side. ​If I’m paying the surcharge for double meat and asking for extra filler like rice, the bowl should be full. Instead, it looks like a standard portion (or less) shifted to one side to hide the lack of product. The Al Pastor flavor is great, but the value for the price just isn't there when you pay for "extra" and still see the bottom of the bowl. ​Digital orders at this location seem to get "skimped" compared to ordering in person. I’d recommend checking your bowl before leaving the window. ​Tip: When you post this on Google Maps, be sure to attach the photos you shared with me. Visual proof of the "empty spot" usually gets a much faster response from the restaurant's management team!

  Oh my God, bit into my food and something plastic cut my gum. It was the color of the brown rice. I tried to show the worker, she says, we don’t have plastic in the store 🙄 uh, I’m eating with a plastic fork ( these kids dumb). It fell back in the food trying to show her, I threw it all in the trash 😡 she had the nerve to ask do I want more or am I trying to get a refund. I looked 👀 at her dumped the food and walked out pussed

  My experience at the Chipotle was absolutely terrible. It took them 15 minutes to complete my order; first, I waited for the rice to be replenished, and then I waited for someone to come to the counter to take my payment. The service was extremely slow, and the staff completely ignored customers. I expect far better from a place like this. I will not be returning unless there is a serious improvement.”

  Chipotle's really solid lately. Prices have gone up but the portion size is here. Have not decreased. Which I'm happy about

  Server preferred to throw away bowl with rice and beans because she didn't want to get steak from the mobile order kitchen. I wanted steak not chicken or pork.
