- XDXiomya Donaldson3 days ago2.0I rarely have a problem when I come here. However I had to tell the employee 3 times to make one of the chick n minis a full meal and then they still didn’t give me hashbrowns. So I had to come back for them and then I get home and there’s no ketchup in the bag for the hashbrowns. Even McDonalds will put ketchup in your bag whether it’s ordered or not, so alittle disappointed by that. Also got a berry parfait, they didnt give me any granola and I asked for blueberries on the side and they gave me 3 blueberries… they also threw in 2 brownies that I didn’t order and don’t even eat. I’m sure the manager threw that in there because I had to come back for the hashbrowns but if you wanna compensate for a mistake, ask the customer what they would like. I’d rather have the ketchup and more blueberries instead of 2 brownies that I don’t even eat

- EBEmily BruceApr 9, 20265.0One of the NICEST chick fil a’s I’ve ever been too. Not only is it very clean, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone gets greeted with a “hello” as they come in and a “have a nice day” as they leave. Employees walked around and took trash from tables (including my own), and periodically checked in with all of those who were dining. Whenever someone had a problem with their order, a team member was on it ASAP. Seriously one of the BEST chick fil a’s i’ve been to in a while.
