- KBKurt BordersNov 18, 20251.0There is not an option to give zero stars or I would. My wife and I drive for door dash not to mention we visit personally as well multiple dunkins throughout the week. This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Service is definitely sub par. On a recent visit for door dash I waited in line for my order for 35 minutes. I overheard the manager state to take care of windows and in store orders first...and ignore mobile orders. This messes with my money as prompt pickup and delivery is essential to my ratings which directly effects my offers to pick up. Now at this same visit my wife ordered a drive through order for 2 coffees it took her 20 minutes to get her order at the windows. Not to mention that it specifically states almond milk as she is lactose intolerant. They obviously ignored that and used regular milk because it wasn't long before she had to use the bathroom. We figured they could have had an off day so we tried a personal order again today with similar results not to mention they neglected to put cold foam on her coffee which costs extra money. She had to send it back in to add cold foam...still took 20 minutes to get through the line. Not to mention we ordered hashbrowns no ketchup and cold...if I can help it I will never go back again personally....but may have to go for Door Dash.
