The first time, I was one of two people in the store, yet it still look over 10 minutes go make a small latte. I specified twice that I wanted it hot, but the young man still made it iced. He then got angry with me that he made it incorrectly. When he corrected it, he handed me the cup, which was covered in syrup and very sticky. I decided to give it another try two days later thinking maybe I just got a poorly trained employee. This time, I waited in line for a out 15 minutes (there were maybe 3 people in front of me). When I finally got up to the cash register, the one employee told me "one second" and I wanted another 5 or so minutes. I left without placing the order, because I didn't have the time to wait another 15+ minutes for a cup of coffee. I saw one of the employees use the same mixing spoon to stir multiple different drinks. During both visits, the bakery case was a DISASTER, donuts fallen out of their respective racks, dirty case, and zero organization. There were also cups everywhere, mixing spoons laying around. The franchisee really needs to be more involved here or this place. My friends and family in the area have already stopped frequenting this location, and now I understand why.
