  Ordered an iced Latte and iced tea, received an iced coffee and an iced black coffee. Seems workers are more concerned with their personal conversations behind the counter than actually reading orders correctly. It is almost every time I visit this location my order is wrong.

  Yesterday I had went on a walk and decided to stop at this location to use the restroom and get a bite. I am hard of hearing and had my headphones on with noise cancellation and loud. I was maybe in the restroom for a minute or two and then I started to see the door handle move. I had yelled that I am in here multiple times and it did not stop.. And then I started to see the lock move. The mature lady employee had opened the door and actually looked at me using the restroom yelling at me that she’s been knocking.. As if that gave it any sort of justification. I almost feel like she already knew I was in there because from what I noticed I was the only one in the store and I just got there. But I digress, what an incredibly violating & inhumane experience. That being said I obviously did not order food and I was so in shock that I had just left without saying a word and ended up calling customer service shortly after about this experience. Hopefully I get a resolution. Based off of these other reviews it seems like there might’ve be been a few people now who have had issues with her for their own reasons. Also, just to add on to how terrible this Dunkin is, one time a couple of months ago when I came in to pick up my mobile order I had overheard one of the younger female employees making fun of my drink order with another employee. I’ve been really patient with these people because this is the only Dunkin I have within walking distance… But I will never be giving this location my money ever again.

  Employees Always taking to each other and not paying attention to what im sayin my order is people here are incompetent and the staff needs to be changed I’ve been waiting go 5 min for them to make my coffee when they stood around talking terrible location to go wouldn’t recommend

  Ordered my daughter a bacon and egg sandwich. The bacon was raw! Ordered no egg on my sandwich and of course they added it. The only thing they got right was the coffee.

  This location used to be good. I went to this Dunkin twice in the past week. The first time, I was one of two people in the store, yet it still look over 10 minutes go make a small latte. I specified twice that I wanted it hot, but the young man still made it iced. He then got angry with me that he made it incorrectly. When he corrected it, he handed me the cup, which was covered in syrup and very sticky. I decided to give it another try two days later thinking maybe I just got a poorly trained employee. This time, I waited in line for a out 15 minutes (there were maybe 3 people in front of me). When I finally got up to the cash register, the one employee told me "one second" and I wanted another 5 or so minutes. I left without placing the order, because I didn't have the time to wait another 15+ minutes for a cup of coffee. I saw one of the employees use the same mixing spoon to stir multiple different drinks. During both visits, the bakery case was a DISASTER, donuts fallen out of their respective racks, dirty case, and zero organization. There were also cups everywhere, mixing spoons laying around. The franchisee really needs to be more involved here or this place. My friends and family in the area have already stopped frequenting this location, and now I understand why.
