And it’s always the same delivery woman when that happens. We have had to call in the past and have gotten nothing but grief from them. We received a sandwich that looked like it had been placed in the box and the box was violently shaken. They wouldn’t refund our order or even remake the food. We keep giving this place chances and we regret it every time. Well tonight we ordered about 5 things. I placed the order at 7:09. It said ‘Atif has left the store at 7:23’ and it didn’t show up till 8:15. Apparently we aren’t the only ones who have had a problem with this specific driver. And then once the food arrived, we had an extra item and one of the items was completely missing! Every-time we tried to call the location, it was answered and then we were immediately hung up on. A member of my family had to drive to the location to get the item, what’s the point of a delivery fee if it needs to be picked up anyway?? So unbelievably unprofessional and overall just a horribly run restaurant/chain location. If only the Ledgewood one delivered to our town. So frustrating.
