  I submitted an order for delivery here and received the wrong order even though the ticket had my name on it. My order was for four bowls and I received one. When I called to complain I was told someone would call me in 24-48 hours. I had to call back three times to be told they refused to refund me my money for a policy violation- which policy they refused to say. I am a loyal customer who has never run into an issue w them before so I cannot fathom any rational reason to deny my refund. They are stealing my money even though they acknowledged I did not receive my correct order. I refuse to be a patron of this restaurant until they correct their wrong.

  We are always here and come at least three times a week. I am never disappointed when Rosa serves our food. She always has a great attitude, handles our food with care, and participates in good banter- a true delight to be around.

  Rosa took our order today at Cava in East Brunswick. She was the sweetest! Really explained all of there options and what she recommend to get. Rosa made our experience the best i’ve ever had coming to Cava and I will definitely be back! Not only was she sweet and helpful she was super friendly and made us feel welcomed as we did come in the last 15mins of being open. ALSO made me the best bowl i’ve had in a while from Cava. Thank You so much again Rosa ! she deserves a raise 🤍

  Came in here 15 minutes before close and was met with the most helpful service ever!! This was my brother and I’s first time coming to Cava and Sara was extremely supportive in walking us through all the many options! Kiera was so quick and kind in ringing us up as well! They made this such a great experience and we will be definitely back! Thank you so much!!!

  I drove 30 minutes to get my order, came home and I received chicken instead of steak which is almost a $4 surge charge. My entire order is wrong so I’m assuming I got someone else’s order. This is a health hazard for anyone who can’t eat certain meats or with intolerances or allergies.
