    First time here, but had heard about the concept for a while place was clean inside and out. Restroom is very clean. Staff was friendly use recipes to make the my order. I’m glad they have the main root sodas. My favorite pita was good. Definitely was spicy. I will be back to try something different.

    Honest, a little disappointed. For the cost of a bowl, $17, I expect a "OMG, this is awesome!" experience. Food was average, dining room was cold even though I sat directly under a vent blowing straight down onto me and my food Service is the only reason I gave a 3 star for restaurant.

    Went for the first time here and loved my "make it yourself" bowl! My favorite thing about this place that all the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Great variety of sauces, dips and add ons. Wonderful spot for the people with vegan/vegetarian diet. Stuff is very helpful! Will be back here again for sure!

    writing this as i’m not even done with my bowl because i had to share how delectable it is. first time here took awhile for me to come around but customer service is 10/10. definitely coming more

    Extremely disappointing experience at the CAVA in North Brunswick. The staff was miserable, unwelcoming, and clearly unprepared. The manager stood off at a distance watching while the line struggled and food was not kept stocked for guests. I ordered the avocado harissa bowl, only to be told they had no rice ready at all—neither brown nor white. Instead of apologizing, the employee serving the food was rude, made faces, and acted as if it were somehow my fault they weren’t prepared. I even offered to take my bowl as is and asked if they could bring the rice when it was ready. That never happened. I ended up eating what was basically just a salad. Between the lack of food availability, poor attitude, and complete absence of management support, this location is a mess. I would never recommend anyone go to this CAVA.
