I had an amazing experience at the CAVA in East Brunswick thanks to Elen / Izzy Ana. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, patient, and super helpful. She took her time explaining the options, made great suggestions, and put my bowl together with real care instead of just rushing through it.
You can tell she actually cares about the customers and the food she’s serving. Everything was fresh, the portions were perfect, and her positive attitude honestly made my day a little better.
CAVA is lucky to have her — I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service she gave me. 🙌

My sister and I ordered this through DoorDash. Given that I know that it can’t be top tier best version of the food however. My sister ordered the harissa Avacado bowl and she received a bowl with steak or lamb we couldn’t tell. (The only meat she can eat is chicken). When it was supposed to come with honey chicken. Half of the bowl was literally missing as if one side was dug out. This was also completely ice cold. There is a horrible flavor to this and the steak and feta pita wrap. The other times we have eaten from here has been amazing. Not only this but we cannot even get into touch with the restaurant. The only way is through calling which leads to a support website for cava. Then when going to the website they don’t even have the exact restaurant location in the drop down menu. Mind you the location has been there for OVER A YEAR. It is not that new it should be on the list. Seems like they are avoiding hearing any complains. All automated on the phone and no way to get into contact with a true worker unless we’re driving to the store. No way were we going to drive out when we purposely used a third party delivery app to avoid leaving the house due to a sleeping baby. Very disappointed and the workers should learn the menu items or double check what bowls they are sending out to make sure it’s the correct order. Overall horrible experience. Luckily DoorDash gave us a partial refund however it isn’t even there fault so cava should be reachable and solve this issue.
