The window attendant will open the window and make you reach as far as you can when exchanging payment or food. When i asked what the issue was while having most of my upper body out the window he proceeded to ask what my issue was. If anything walk inside and order. Won’t be coming back either I would recommend the Wawa across the street.

I had my coworker take it back and they made me a new one. The exact same way. I will never be ordering from this Dunkin again. The worst thing I’ve ever done. And I was only offered 1$ refund
