- LLLola Love6 days ago1.0DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE COLORED! My boyfriend and I were racially profiled. The ONLY reason why we came to this Acme (Brigantine) was because the one that was in Ventnor didn’t have some items we needed on the list for our elderly relative. We scanned our items at self checkout because there was a long line at the line where the worker would scan the items themselves…anyways all of a sudden a white lady came over to us and said that the light was blinking and that maybe we put our phone number in wrong ( makes no sense but ok whatever) she did what she did to make the light stop blinking and we proceeded. We started scanning again and she came over AGAIN! But this time she started to count our items we scanned! I tried to keep my cool as my boyfriend tried to console me cause he seen I was getting irritated! Once she seen that ALL our items was scanned she left Smdh! My boyfriend who's a Veteran said to me “It’s ok babe it’s me. They see a Black man and think the worst of me. I’ve been going through this my whole life.” That broke me! I’m so disgusted at how we can’t even shop in peace! I won’t be coming to this Acme and I advise people of color to do the same! STAY AWAY!
- LMLazaro MolinaNov 9, 20252.0Hola quisiera agregar este comentario, ya que 2 empleadas de esta tienda el día de ayer 8 de noviembre 2025 me hicieron sentir mal y peder dinero 💰, mi trabajo es hacer entregas con Doordash , me encontraba realizando 2 compras para diferentes clientes cada compra de menos 15 productos al pasar por la caja de autoservicio pagó con código QR en ese momento debe de venir a verificar el asociado poner su identificación para culminar el proceso de pagó al realizar esta acción la maquina no da el recibo de la compra, y no pudieron resolverme la situación que me generó la caja de autoservicio de la tienda, la señora que hacía la representación de manager le pregunto a su empleada si me había visto pagar, y yo me pregunto si la empleada llegó puso su identificación y todo estuvo normal y el único problema resultó que no salió el recibo, me hizo sentir mal cómo un mentiroso, y por esa razón me tarde mucho tiempo en la tienda, ya que no supieron resolver esa situación para yo culminar con esa compra tomarle la foto al recibo y continuar con el pago de la segunda orden, tuve que llamar al soporte de Doordash, a ellos se les reflejaba que ya el pagó de la primera orden estaba realizado, pero la tienda continuaba sin poder ayudarme y estás 2 empleadas continuaban tratándome cómo si yo fuera un mentiroso o alguien que se quería llevar algo de la tienda, finalmente el soporte de Doordash para resolverme la situación tuvo que cancelarme la primera orden, para poder proceder al pago de la segunda orden que se realizo exitosamente, y poder retirarme de la tienda, en el tiempo que llevo realizando entregas y compras para los clientes nunca me había pasado, tengo 13907 entregas realizadas , 1256 compras de por vida, comprador Pro. Con una calificación de los clientes de 4.96 nivel platino , pienso yo que no querían trabajar o no quisieron resolver el problema, dejé yo de buscar dinero y la tienda de vender productos por un problema técnico de la caja de autoservicio que las empleadas no pudieron resolver. Tengo pésima opinión de esas 2 señora del turno del cierre.
