  Waiting for 30 minutes and ended up giving me a wrong order. I ordered beef and added some extra stuff inside, but I got turkey without anything I wanted to add. Will never go there again.

  Lesson learned - never go to a Dunkin Donuts for Jimmy Johns. I order the classic "Vito" - no questions asked. I received an extremely oily mess that also included mayonnaise which is not standard. as hungry as I was - I threw most of it away. The amount of oil was almost ridiculous.....never again

  Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of Jimmy John’s. I was very excited to see a store opening in Bridgewater, NJ. I have purchased in store and on Door Dash at least 4 times since they opened and I keep getting disappointed. My main complaint is the quality of the bread. The bread is way too hard. I order JJ in Fl all the time and I’ve never had this experience where the bread is not fresh. I used to purchase their day old bread for $.50 all the time. Last night was the final straw for me. I ordered a giant Turkey Tom and a regular Pepe. Did not receive giant sub. My receipt and order via Door Dash reflect that I purchased a giant sandwich but I received 2 regular sandwiches. JJ is a great franchise. I will purchase again but not from this store.

  I don't often write bad reviews in fact this may be one of my first ones. Horrible service. Not sure if its cause they are "new" or what but Took 15 mins to get a #13... which consists of a piece of bread, 3 pieces of cheese, 3 pieces of ham, and 4 pieces of cold bacon, pickles, mayo, and mustard. I requested black pepper and lettuce. Got nothing. If I could show you this sandwich you'd agree and see you've had better sandwiches packed by your mother in 3rd grade in your sesame street lunch box then what this was. Even Subway has this beat and I strongly dislike subway. $11 for a bare bones half sandwich. Will never return. Employees were clueless. Don't even get me started on the Dunkin' Donuts, that's in the same room where the employees have there phone behind register and are scanning thier phones for free reward points to get free perks instead of scanning the customers... then when presented with customers phone they say oops, Sorry it's too late. All working together. Stay far away.

  I really wanted to like this Jimmy John’s since it is nostalgic of my college years where quick, affordable, and delicious was the trifecta for me. First, the way that it was prepared was SUS already. I didn’t smell fresh bread and the employee seemed confused when I ordered the Italian and the tuna. She asked for a number instead. The shop shares a space with dunkin’ donuts which was odd to me also, but that’s a different discussion. So I pay and leave and when I sit down to eat my lunch, the bread was cold and certainly not soft. Sub ruined already in opinion. Then, open my tuna and cheese to find no tuna. A wawa/quick-check sub is literally 5 times better. Why didn’t I go back to say something? Well, I was far away and just decided to take the L. Not worth it for me even if I was close since some days I barely have time to eat the sandwich. If you know, you know.
