  Can’t understand how it’s supposed to be fast food but you wait 20-30 minutes for your mobile order. And when you complain the staff is rude and nasty. The food is cold when you finally get it which is weird if they don’t have it ready when you are told to head to pick up.

  I hate writing these for any business, but this McDonalds is the worst one I have ever experienced EVER. 40 plus years, and there is no worst chain. My issue happens every Tuesday at 10:30pm. I place a mobile order, and go through drive-tru. I’m greeted by the automated message asking will I be using the app. I say “yes” and relay the number. Then radio silence for about 2 minutes. Me saying “hello”, and no response. I then drive to the window, as they refuse to acknowledge my existence. Not even a simple “please hold”. Nothing. They then scramble to get my order. This happens every week, at the same time. Now this time, an older lady in the back proceeds to blame me for not saying anything at the order line. That spurred me to write this review. Now there are two possibilities here: 1) This chain has a broken intercom system that they neglected to fix for months, as this happens weekly. Or 2) Their staff is WAY understaffed or they lack proper educate to say “please hold/one moment please” They leave you twisting in the wind, unsure what you should do. If I didn’t use the mobile app and prepay; I would just drive away each time for not acknowledging a customer. I will have to bypass this store, and drive to another location if they don’t correct this. This is not a “One off”. This is every week at the same time. Worst run store in my forty plus years of any chain.

  This McDonald’s gives only 1 packet of ketchup per French fry order. Additional packets are extra. Also, to only one napkin per person. Additionally, this location consistently has the rudest staff. Hello Yeah
