We had a great family dining experience at Mauka. The manager, Mr. Sharma, and the entire staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The food was across the board, including appetizers, entree, and dessert was on point! We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience! There was no food. When I had asked them to fill the buffet for the food the waiter had made a face and walked away without saying a word with attitude. I have been here many times and I haven't experience such carelessness. To top it off they were fulfilling to go orders with left over dried up food!

Went there on Valentine's Day after making a reservation and explicitly asking for a quiet table away from the entrance/door. We were shown to a table relatively near the entrance by the hostess and right next to the high-traffic kitchen entrance and where plates were piled. When we asked her politely to be moved to another table we were told none were open, though we could see many in the back and some right in front of us. Some, we were told, were set for 4 so not available. (Fair enough, until we saw at least 3 couples being seated on those tables for 4!, and many being accomodated to other tables from the similarly noisy table behind us.)
Needless to say, it took the fun out of the evening especially when we felt rushed and were told to exit in 1.5 hours in our reservation confirmation, since it was a busy day! (There was also a notice on the entrance to that effect, that tables needed to be vacated after 1.5 hours). The way the establishment was operating with loud instructions from the host/manager getting the servers and bus ladies to clear and set up tables as fast as their hands moved, made the experience not so enjoyable. The food was average at best and maybe the above experience had something to do with how we perceived it.
!!!Attention please!!! Don't waste your time
Let’s start with service: “worst service ever”
Staff: very untrained staff, unprofessional
Manager: He is the worst person ever, he calls his name Mr. Sharma I don't know if that's his real name, but he is so RUDE, very unprofessional, and even though they made all the mistakes, he still doesn't want to say sorry or even apologize, he is arguing with the customer even though it's his fault, I think they dont want to use that sorry and apology word for DESI’S, they can use this word for others more than 100 times but not for DESI’S.
Owners need to take action on this one.

We recently hosted a private event at Mauka Restaurant in Bridgewater for about 35–40 people, and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The private room was perfect for our gathering, beautifully set up and very clean.
The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the event. Hot appetizers were served right on time, the drinks table was well organized, and dinner and desserts were brought out seamlessly without any delays. Everything flowed smoothly, which made the event stress-free and enjoyable for all our guests.
A special shout-out to Mr. Sharma, the manager, who was extremely thorough and hands-on. He stayed present throughout the event and made sure every detail was taken care of. Gagan and the rest of the staff were equally helpful and polite, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. Chef Vikas deserves high praise as well, the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared.
They also went above and beyond by decorating the room for us and providing all the amenities we needed, including a speaker and television. Every request was handled with a smile and genuine care.
Overall, Mauka exceeded our expectations in terms of food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Our event was a huge success thanks to their amazing team. Highly recommend Mauka Restaurant for private parties or any special occasion. We will definitely be back.
