This place is mostly really terrible. The food should be better than it is. There's nothing worthwhile left to be said about the staff. The tables are dirty. It's the mall, so it's crowded. The prices are so-so.
There's nothing ultimate about their Ultimate Fries. Adding ranch to the only okay Cheese and Bacon Fries is not an entirely big step up. I have some ideas, but are they gonna listen to me? In the end, their Ultimate Fries are boring looking and definitely boring tasting.
Additionally, their peach lemonade does not taste like peach lemonade because, and quite literally, it tastes like regular lemonade with small peach pieces because it is just regular lemonade with small peach pieces! Ugh! What am I paying the extra money for? I'm trying to pay for flavor! Not literally a small layer, at the bottom of the regular lemonade, of small peach pieces? How much does that not cost? What a rip off!
Also, I will go on about this locations stinginess! Apparently, their rule is that you only get one bag per box container. First of all, the bags are so flimsy, my fiancé was showing me, by just holding it out to me, that it had already ripped on his way to the table. There was yet no attempt to even put anything in!
Okay, so we put one box in, successfully. Glory? Help no! We've still got one more box to go, which pretty much means we already dropped too much money here to begin with anyway. Are they appreciative of this? Help a flushing, no! They are about to lose what was going to be a returning, paying customer.
So, how did they manage this, you say? By only saying the second time around when we went to go get help with a bag that the policy is only one bag per box. That would've been nice to know beforehand so that we've would've been more careful about trying to put another box in the one bag. Because, yes you guessed it, the bag completely ripped when trying to put the 2nd box in the one bag. And very easily, I might add!
Alas, it does not end there! After he told us that the deal is one bag per box, and even seeing how ripped up the first bag was in his hands, box sticking out and everything, he only provided one measly, flushing equally flimsy bag to us. Mmm, how flushing and wonderfully not intelligent was that customer service agent! If you can call him that!
This experience was beyond deplorable. I mean, please consider all this before you try and order from here. There are how many other food providers, all within about 30 feet. So, think twice about coming here. You won't regret it!
