They weren’t busy, yet she barely spoke English and refused to give me a receipt. I was with my six-year-old daughter, planning to share the large drink, but when I asked for another one, she spilled it on the ground and showed zero empathy. Then she gave me a regular drink instead of the large I paid for, with an attitude, saying that was all I could get. When I asked for a manager, everyone pointed to some guy named Franklin who looked clueless and wouldn’t answer questions. Another employee, Gonzalez, laughed and said they already gave me a regular drink. No one would say who the actual store manager is. I called customer service, and they said they’d contact the establishment. This was terrible service. I’d give zero stars if I could, but I’m forced to give one.

Got mozzarella sticks which were good too and peach lemonade which was since. Nothing to complain about considering price and location. Nice people working too!
