Hello,
Friday 1/8/2026 I had situation with my online order. I work across from Cava and go there regularly. Today I was there twice for my order which wasn't ready. I found out from Erick who was very nice what I had done wrong. I waited 30 minutes trying to get this order. Finally Erick told me to get my food on him. It was appreciated and he didn't have to do it. It was a kid meal, but the principal of kindness was shown to me from Erick.

CAVA hits the spot, and the Bridgewater location is top notch. Wish there was one in the morristown area. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and the sauces are unreal. Service is great, food is always consistent, and I leave satisfied every time.

I probably visit this location every other week. What a crap show tonight ! After waiting almost 35min there’s NO greens except spinach , no small cups , no Greek dressing , no yogurt dill dressings , no drinks in the juice fountains , no straws . Your store closes at 1030pm . Sounds like you’re out of stock for the night , close up or go to the back and pull out from tmrs inventory .

I love coming here all the time on my break. Today I can in happy to get Cava. The lady at the start greeted me with a smile and asked what I wanted and I asked for saffron rice. She looks at me and says they have no more. I asked her what’s the wait on the next batch, she responds with there no more today. It’s only 6:30pm. She makes my bowl and the people behind me ask for the same the she looks over at the prep table after I had commented that there was a new batch right there. She offers them the rice and didn’t even try to correct her mistake. There was no effort to look or ask on the item. She just decided that there wasn’t anymore. I love Cava, there’s no complain there. After being hungry and then that happening was really disappointing. 🤷🏽♀️

Horrible service. There are two different opening times on the door but they still didnt open till 15 minutes later than said opening time and that wasn’t till i had to pound on the door. Up until then all the workers were sitting down and eating food ignoring waiting customers. Some were opening christmas gifts on the tables and chatting. Then when ordering my bowl i asked for banana peppers and they lied to my face telling me they didn’t have any when im looking at it on the menu. Wonderful store but highly in need of a brand new staff. Employees are careless and cross contaminate food with the same spoons. I saw one person prepping mobile orders for pickup with bare hands no gloves. The employee checking me out was also dealing with money and the screen with the same gloves he was handling food with. It’s very unhygienic and a major health risk.
