Post-pandemic the food is always cold when it arrives, the service is mediocre and often slow even when it's half empty, and the customer service just isn't on par with other sit down chains. Servers are not always clear with the specials either.

Be it Door Dash or another service, go pick your food up because this place sucks. Stay away. Even better, it was cold, the order was wrong and when we called they hung up on us. Wait. Then they said it isn’t their responsibility, they hire Door Dash. The appetizer portion was half what it normally is in the restaurant. Maybe the Door Dash guy got hungry.
