  Ordered take out on line on coldest night of the year. Had to wait when I arrived as no one was at ToGo even though not busy. They forgot our fries. The wings were so over cooked that they weee hard throughout and not edible. Had to throw it out. Not worth going back with the weather. Quick follow up. Reached out to management per the below instructions. Was told the manager from Bridgewater would reach out. Never heard anything back.

  Me and my girlfriends came here on a wednesday night and had such a great experience. Jon was our server. The meal deal for 2 was really awesome and the drinks were amazing! We will be back

  Waited at the takeout area over an hour to get helped- finally ended up ordering from the bar... wings were awesome for the most part.... one of the packs of wings were dried out and cold.... all of wings were mislabeled..... btw... the bartender was great... fast and efficient... ... a manager should have been helping the takeout section...

  This was my first time ordering from this location and will surely be my last. I placed an order on the company website for pick-up. I never received an email or text confirming my order, but I did get an order number after entering my card info. I waited the hour and then called the store to make sure they got the order and to see if it was ready. The girl I spoke to had the nastiest attitude and worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. From the time she answered the phone she gave me nothing but attitude. She said they had not received my order and that I should contact my bank and dispute the charges. Something told me to just go inside the store and make sure they really didn’t get my order. When I went inside I spoke with the same individual that I spoke to over the phone. When I spelled out my name for her she said “ oh I thought you said J “. If you weren’t completely sure why wouldn’t you double check before telling you didn’t get the order and to just call my bank… Turns out they did indeed receive my order and it was ready. Once I got home and opened my bag my order was incorrect. I spent $100+ on wings, potato wedges and salad, to open my bag and find a small cold order of potato wedges. Even though this location is less than 5 minutes from my home, I will continue to go to Flemington because this was a terrible experience
