- ASAnissa SantanaDec 27, 20251.0DO NOT order from here!!!!! We placed our delivery order at 3:56pm. Estimated delivery was 4:30. At 4:57 we still have no pizza and the pizza tracker says it’s back at Pizza Hut. So I call and all they say is the pizza is en route all while the tracker says it’s still at the location. So at 5:30 we call and this time they say our pizza was returned after we said we didn’t want it. It never even arrived here!! Then they put us on hold and told us the driver said we told her we didn’t have any cash which again NOT TRUE! So after yet another hold we were told the driver doesn’t speak good english and she went to the front door instead of the side door. Which again…no on was ever here! Which story is it? Poor service. We were asked if we wanted fresh food but for what? To wait another 2 hours and still not receive a pizza. We will NEVER order from here again. Also if you hadn’t realize, they only respond to good reviews.

After recieving my food I talked to Mark, the employee working today, He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He quickly starting working on fixing my order and offered me the mistake pizza free of charge. I will be returning here soley because of Mark's top teir cutomer service.
