  I go to a lot of Dunkin’ locations, and I’ve honestly never been to one this clean and sparkly new. The store looks amazing and feels really well taken care of. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my coffee came out quickly and exactly how I ordered it. Everything just felt organized and efficient. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location.

  Grand opening, more like GRAND FAIL. Absolute terrible experience and if I could give zero stars I would. Awful customer service. Waited 25 minutes for one coffee and two donuts. Received my coffee after waiting 15 minutes and still no donuts. Got in line to check on the progress of my order, since the screen said my order was completed, and the cashier had her back turned to the line of guests inside. Was never given a receipt, so had no proof of my order. Seeing all of the workers just stare at you as if they have never interacted with anybody in their lives was absolutely painful and entirely disrespectful. Finally had someone who was working on the drive thru area come over to the front counter to deal with the line of customers. Grabbed our donuts and put them face down with frosting all over the bag. Absolute atrocious experience and this place needs to get their act together or close down immediately. Please save yourself your sanity and NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE!!!

  Not many coffee spots are open past 5pm, so when I needed an evening caffeine fix and saw they were still open at 8pm, I was relieved. The staff had the same positive, respectful energy you’d expect first thing in the morning which says a lot. I was in and out in two minutes, and my glazed donut still tasted fresh.

  Stopped by this new Dunkin’ and really liked it. The store feels modern and laid out in a way that keeps things moving—ordering and pickup were quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I grabbed a wake up wrap and a coffee, and both were solid. Definitely a good spot to add to the rotation.

  So happy this place opened by me. I was looking for a quality dunkin in the area and this meets all the criteria! Very clean, very fast service, and my order is never wrong. I would drive out of my way to come to this place!
