  They fill the entire cup up with ice, you end up with about 2 ounces of what you actually paid for.

  My husband made an online order for a couple drinks and donuts. We walked in to stand in line, and were greeted after a couple minutes by a young man who asked if we needed help. My husband said, "yes, we're picking up a mobile order." The guy replied, "no problem! It'll probably be ready soon." And then proceeded to chat with other customers, and didn't get back to completing ours or other customers orders immediately. After a few minutes, we did receive our completed order. Unfortunately, the workers ignored the instructions on the iced coffee which noted "no ice" in the instructions. A few ice cubes or a small scoop is one thing. But when the drink was brought home for inspection, and after removing the excess ice, the amount of coffee was reduced by over two inches. After seeing other reviews, it's clear the workers here continuously fail to take care and consideration for customers requests.

  I have tolerated the abuse that the owner of this establishment dishes out to his employees almost every day I go. Today was the worst ever!!!! A new employee was working, only there 2 weeks and was not sure how to make something the "Dunkin Way", the owner berated him in front of the customers because he wasn't sure how to make it and what I noticed was lack of training, which the employee then proceeded to tell the owner that he isn't trained properly. I will never go to this Dunkin again. The owner of this establishment needs a lesson on how to treat his employees!!!!
