She is unfriendly and makes you feel like a bother. She is tall and heavy set, in her 20's. Miss, Please find a job where you do not deal with the public.

We actually talked about the food and drinks, and he was such a vibe! super friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the whole experience feel welcoming. His attitude and energy really stood out and made my visit even better. Amazing service all around. Definitely one of my favorite spots!
- LSLorie SDec 30, 20255.0Cava has a large variety of meals to choose from. Everything I’ve ordered whether it’s falafel bowl or chicken has been super fresh and delicious. I’ve never been disappointed in a meal here since it’s opened. Having said that I feel there needs to be a better flow of staff , one to take start order, one to get ingredients together, one to put toppings on and lastly one to check out. This would make everything flow smoothly. Great food however it needs better management. I hope they can make adjustments and not close like a lot of other places when poorly managed.

I asked for steak, and they said they were out. So I texted my wife what she wanted instead, meanwhile I said I wanted the lamb meatballs for myself…said they were also out…I asked if they were making some I’d be fine waiting a little and she said no, so I left very upset. They were not busy, so I assume it was laziness on part of the staff, was a 3pm on a Tuesday

As delicious as the food is...as clean as the restaurant is... The "secret sauce" is the staff!! Jess was at the ready to enthusiastically explain the varieties of offerings. She was clearly a fan of the food and that made me excited for my meal. David came around with some generous teasers of cinnamon pits - which were delicious and on my next order for sure! Jess also checked in with us to be sure we loved our meal. We enjoyed a beautiful conversation as she explained how this company prioritizes people. The "love" was tangible.
