I agreed to the additional charge, but no extra fixings were actually added to the bowl. I visit this location every Tuesday, and I’ve noticed that the portions have been getting smaller over time. This has been disappointing, especially since Cava is usually known for generous and consistent servings. I hope this can be addressed so future visits meet the quality and value I’ve come to expect.

Jess was wonderful and really helped explain what ingredients were in what for me really makes such a different when staff is kind and helpful. The food was excellent. Restaurant is very clean and nice inside.
