  Had a great experience at Carrabba’s in Brick, NJ! The food was absolutely delicious. You can really tell they take pride in their dishes. The service was just as impressive. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. From start to finish, the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving a great meal with excellent service. Highly recommend!

  After having a bad experience on a previous meal the manager went above and beyond to make things right and our order today was amazing. Looking forward to future meals.

  There was no wait for a table. Our drinks where on the table shortly after seated. Hot bread and oil were next which we enjoyed while choosing our entrees. I like having a choice of soup or salad and side vegetable. My chicken was done just right, just enough char from the grill and moist meat.

  My husband and I dined in on 12/22/25 around 3:30pm. We were sat in the booths by the bar. We haven’t been to Carrabbas in a long time as New Jersey has some excellent Italian restaurants we’ve been trying. We had a waitress & I do not remember her name. I’d say she’s in her 40s and a blonde. Our service was less than desirable. I say this because first off she acted like as if she was almost annoyed she had a table. She took our orders and a guy brought our bread & drinks out and then the same guy brought out our food. She came to check on us two times. One of them asking if everything came out okay and a second to see about refills. My husband was brought out a water refill by that same gentleman. What is the point of having a waitress if someone is doing all the work for you. Then you expect to get 20% on your bill. So, it came to where I had to pay & I used Apple Pay. I tipped her $5 on a $65 meal because all she did was put in our order and then put in a request for a refill. Plus, her personality & service was less to be desirable. Had she been more pleasant through the service and maybe smiled and act like she enjoyed her job I’d have given maybe $8 but I’m not giving anymore than that if someone else is doing all the work for you. So she stormed off after I tipped. We said thank you and nothing back from her. She went over to the bar tender and then to her what looked like a manager talking about my $5 tip. That proved to me all I needed to know. Tips are not required & I could’ve given you nothing for the little work you did. There are a lot of waiters & waitresses that just expect 20% bc they waited on you. That’s not really how it goes though. It starts from the greeting & until we leave the restaurant. Whether I got a steak or chicken nuggets your entire service is how I base our tip not by what the recipe says I should tip you. Food was good but I because of this experience I will not come back.

  I appreciate a manager calling me to follow up on a review in which I mentioned that I was disappointed in the size of a $10 take home entre, (a salad is extra). He explained that portions are pre-weighted, only containers are smaller than serving plate; he was really sorry about my visual disappointment and was relieved the food, service, and experience were good for all of us. Since he was so sincere, I will definitely go back for another experience of good food, good service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere!
