  Be sure to check your to go orders. I was over charged! They charged me for a larger order. When I got home my chicken order was less than what I was charged for. 🤬

  Cauliflower Wing flavors are great. FYI Superbowl Plans Extremely long wait or have your party at the location.

  I love everything about this place ! People that give them less that 5 stars are just living in the clouds , amazing screens to watch the games . Greater servers , super friendly and management is always helping them . I really don't understand what else do people want ? Free drinks??? Lol 🤣 . The only thing I want to ask is if we have gift cards can we use them to TIP the servers? , in Florida we did it all the time , shouldn't be a problem right? (Oh and btw. The new bartender Emma, she is a gem 💎 she has all the potential to go FAR in business, friendly, professional, respectful and remembers little details like "I hope you feel better " (because I was sick) . This is what customers want , people that feel like people , if not. Next thing you know A.I. is going to be taking our orders :) . Congrats to Emma! Good job 👏👏👏🥳

  What a disgusting experience !!!!!! Jody (the manager) needs to be evaluated or better yet FIREDDD ! Very unprofessional & had no class whatsoever! She kept yelling & had the worst attitude towards her staff. The yelling across the room was very unnecessary, if Jody had a problem with anything, she should’ve handled it better, spoke with her staff in a private matter & address the situation like an adult. John who was the bartender was such a sweetheart & took care of us as best as he can. We waited 40 minutes for our food but we understood & waited patiently since it was superbowl night. John tried to get updates but Jody with her disgusting attitude & tone, kept telling John to wait & that there’s nothing she can do about it. We weren’t asking where our food was constantly but after 40 minutes for chicken tenders & fries, John asked Jody & her response was the reason we cancelled our order & left. We tried to enjoy the game but the atmosphere was absolutely awful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here unless you prefer to be surrounded by miserable people. John who’s the bartender, I hope you find a better opportunity elsewhere because you absolutely deserve to feel appreciated everyday for your hard work.

  Absolutely terrible customer service, I understand it’s Super Bowl Day but the lack of service in the food is insane, paid, and got about 15 bone in wings but 15 small pieces of chicken nuggets more like chicken popcorn nuggets, a small order of fries. You put in your order and get about 1 hr wait, and if you want to order something simple 2 hour wait, ridiculous… my chicken “popcorn” were dry, no sauce, and when I complained about them I only got “lemon pepper sauce” and “bbq”, just like that… insane, waited almost an hour and a half after ordering, and paid $45 for just popcorn chicken and tiny bone in wings”. I was patient and everything to receive a lack of service, people were getting upset due to the wait time and understandable because people put in their order for a certain time and it’s still not ready and you have to wait even for a small order. Police had to show up to the parking lot because people were double parking, due to the WAIT TIME, it was ridiculous to wait an hour and receive what looks like a $20 bundle.
