Usually it is just the side sauce or celery and carrots and honestly I can live with that. That’s is what’s happened the past literal 10 times I have ordered from them. I just ordered delivery through their app once again and they left out 10 wings and potato wedges. At this point I don’t know what else to do aside from just not order from them at all. We typically order while we’re watching football and drinking so picking up there mistake isn’t an option. After a year of them messing up you would think the mistakes would slowly start to get better, but they don’t. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt numerous times without leaving a review because I was a server for many years. I will say the manager is super accommodating when it comes to figuring out the mistakes (she literally just called me as I was typing this out) they have fixed mistakes in the past as well. However I just don’t understand how this is still a reoccurring issue. Something needs to be done with the expo or back of house staff.

I really felt honored and appreciated by your restaurant location by you offering free wings and fries today on Veterans Day. Then on top of it you even had a cooler with 1 complimentary nonalcoholic Heineken to go with my takeout order! Thanks very much! I’ve raised three boys who always wanted to go to “B-Dubs”, so I already am a long time customer. But what you did today engrained even further my loyalty to your restaurant chain. My God bless your franchise’s success and the wonderful and courteous employees at the Hooper Avenue, Brick, NJ location!
