  Literally every time I order from there it’s always messed up. No flavor added to my drinks, hot chocolate was literally water with the powder thrown in there. It’s disgusting!

  Indian lady tried to charge me extra for my cold foam on a drink that was made incorrectly to begin with I showed her that I redeemed points and she still tried to argue with me. Everyone I know hates this location I only go because it’s close to my home but they get it wrong every single time. Will be driving the extra 10 minutes to a different location.

  Im never stopping here again i order a grill cheese on multigrain bagel & when i bite it it felt like i was biting a rock, so hard, you can tell bagel is old, plus the indian lady is so rude i understand its cold but she doesnt have to be rude and rush you, honestly its a waste of money, buying things that you goin to end up throwing away because the way they are given, its not my first time being on this dunkin i had stop a couple of times ordering the $6 meal and same thing with the bagels, but the grill cheese is the end, i didnt want to be rude and made a bad comment but this is unacceptable last time items were missing but since i was on a rush i didnt go back... please make something about it!!!

  ABSOLUTELY ZERO SERVICE!!! YOUNG KIDS RUNNING THE PLACE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! Sat at the drive thru where you place your order for a very long time to the point cars behind us are beeping and no one would acknowledge us or respond so we drove up to the window thinking its broken. We see that the guy in front of us had obviously experienced the same thing bc we saw him leaving the parking lot while the car in front of him was sitting at the drive thru window waiting. We waited and waited and waited and finally the guy in front was helped so we pull up and still NOT acknowledged once!!!! We finally drove off and called the location to find out there is no one in charge and its just young kids running the place!!! How do you leave young kids who dont know what theyre doing running this place???? The kid said they are behind when there was like 1 customer inside! Well you just lost at least 2 if not more customers tonight and maybe for good!!!!!
