Went through drive-thru only to be screamed at that they were now closer even though closing time wasn't for another 4 hours and she would issue a refund. I went through the app to see if there was a refund and there was not. I checked my credit card statement and no refund was ever issued. This is consumer fraud..

I wait behind 2 other cars, when I get up there the lady (who can barely speak english) says "we're closed!" I said "you guys just told me to use the drive through, "I get "WE'RE CLOSED! NOT MY PROBLEM!" Rude AND stupid, no wonder McDonald's is losing business!

- JBJohn BushOct 27, 20255.0Awesome manager and crew. One of the best ever. Restrooms were clean. Food looked like the menu photos. Fries were placed carefully in the bag so that they were upright and not turned upside down with contents spilled as is often the case at other McDonald’s. Manager came over to my crew and asked if there was any else we needed part way through the meal, and happy gave us so to go bags when we were wrapping up. Only negative was the horrible McDonalds paper straws. We want out plastic straws! Not the management or team members fault though. I’d normally doc stars for the paper straws but the manager and team members made up for it. Would go back to this McDonalds on a heartbeat.

I order from the app or kiosk and the service is always good…I never have to wait long for my order. I have not had a problem with an incorrect order which has happened on other occasions at other locations. Overall always a good experience!
