- LLLola Liliy2 days ago2.0I would have given this more than 5 stars for the service and food but however theres one problem I have about the place and its about the workers there..I mean they're good its just that the managers I have a problem with everytime I go there and especially on weekends I keep on witnessing one of the managers there constantly mistreating one of their employees almost everytime im there and its upsetting to witness because everytime the poor employee makes a mistake that woman is always yelling at her and shaming her infront of the entire store saying stuff like "Its not you its everyone!!" to her and its gotten to where i've seen her cry sometimes because of the overwhelming stress the manager gave her, and not to mention today I overheard that same manager blame the worker for their low sales or something like that and even went as far as to threaten to overcharge her and make her pay if she next time she makes another mistake. I have enough of seeing this behavior from that manager so if Dunkins see this treat your workers better!
