When it was my turn, the woman serving me didn't understand what I was ordering and told me I had to get closer because she still couldn't hear me, even though I was shouting! I asked if I could speak to someone who understood English. A very kind young man came over, took my order, and I went to pay. While I was waiting for my order, they gave me the wrong drink; they gave me something cold when I had ordered something hot. Then they gave me the cold drink for free, and then they finally gave me my correct drink. When I got to work, the bagels weren't toasted and weren't what I wanted, and my coffee was awful!!! This is the second time this has happened to me!!! Terrible service, untrained staff.

My husband ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso as is and his drink was disgusting. It looked curdled. Also idk why she only put one pump in my drink. Typically for a medium they put in 3 automatically. She just put one like I asked for it. Never had this issue before. We've had issues here before as well so disappointing
