I work over night and ordered my food on the app when I get there it’s never ready and then I had to sit and wait 15-20 minutes. They hand me the food and I pull off because I have to make it to work I had 1hr 30 minutes commute. I get to work and hand out the food and my nuggets are missing I ordered a 10pc an a 6 pc I tried calling multiple times no answer I tried customer service no one is there at this time!!! Very upsetting and I will dispute this charge

I’ve been here several times out of convenience and never had a positive experience. It’s as if they don’t expect you to return since it’s attached to a truck stop. Higher prices than other Wendy’s restaurants and significantly worse service.
