    Came in for lunch and ordered a baconator cashier see me in the front waiting and went to another customer completely ignored me and didn't have the audacity to laugh about it so order my food it came up pretty fast The fries were warm but my burger was cold the meat looks like it's old it's been sitting for a while not to me the people speak proper English so couldn't understand what they were saying

    There were three employees working at this location, and the manager was extremely rude. Previously, they mixed up my order— I had requested a French toast meal, but they gave me a biscuit with egg and cheese instead. When I informed them of the mistake, the manager came out and replaced it with a French toast meal that was excessively oily. The manager’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor service. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Because it’s the Wendy’s closest to the hospital I have gone to the drive up window several times and each time the person taking the order is very abrupt and rude. And make sure to check your order because condiment and other things have been missing. Because of this, I’m now going out of my way to another Wendy’s or to the McDonald’s across the street.
